This event is part of the first Spanish Film Festival in Fiji, taking place from Tuesday 31st October till Friday 3rd November, and organized by the Spanish Embassy to Fiji and Alliance Française of Suva.

Synopsis : 

Garbo: El Espía.
Documental sobre espías y agentes dobles durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La película cuenta la historia de Juan Pujol "Garbo", quien desde Londres, hace creer al Tercer Reich que el Desembarco de Normandía no es más que un señuelo, ya que el verdadero desembarco tendrá lugar en el Paso de Calais. Treinta años más tarde, un escritor inglés encuentra a Garbo en Venezuela donde nadie sabe nada de su pasado secreto.

Documentary about spies and double agents during the Second World War. The film tells the story of Juan Pujol "Garbo" who worked from London to make the Third Reich believe that the D-Day will not take place in Normandy but in Calais. Thirty years later, an English writer finds Garbo in Venezuela where nobody knows about his secret past.
